Getting Started

Set up your digital banking access in just a few simple steps:

Make sure we have your current email and phone number. Call 800.462.5000 if you need to update your information.

Start by clicking "Enroll in Online Banking" to set up your username and password.

You'll select "Register for Online Banking" and then follow the prompts to verify your identity so you can create your username and password.

Set up your preferences, including; notifications, alerts, and biometric authentication for mobile. 

Begin using all the convenient features to manage your finances, whenever and wherever.

We’re here to help! If you’ve forgotten your username or password, just follow these quick steps.

  1. Click "Forgot Username".
  2. Select the type of username you want to find.
  3. Fill out both the Social Security number/Tax ID and date of birth fields.
  4. Fill out one of the three fields: Email, zip code, or cell phone number.
  5. Click "Continue" and select your verification method.
  6. Click "Continue" and enter your verification code.
  7. Click "Verify".
  8. Receive your username.
  9. Click "Login".

  1. Click "Forgot Password".
  2. Select the type of password you want to reset.
  3. Fill out all of the following fields: Username, Social Security number, and date of birth
  4. Fill out one of the three fields: Email, zip code, or cell phone number.
  5. Click "Continue" and select your verification method.
  6. Click "Continue" and enter your verification code.
  7. Click "Verify".
  8. Create your new password then confirm. 
  9. Click "Continue". You're all set.
