To keep our members, employees and community safe, most branch locations are primarily providing service through our drive-thrus. Some locations have been temporarily closed and others offer appointment only lobby access for non-teller based transactions, such as: opening an account, applying for a loan and/or other services usually handled by member service representatives.

Drive-Thru Tips

We are making every effort to minimize your drive-thru wait time. Currently, we are performing transactions that are not typically done at the drive-thru to accommodate members' needs, so there may be extended wait times.

Here are some helpful hints on how to make sure your next experience at our drive-thru goes smoothly for you and other members.
  • Make sure your checks are signed before you reach the window for service
  • Have a transaction slip filled out to decrease your wait time, take a couple extra for your next visit!
  • Have any paperwork and your ID ready.
  • There is an increase in drive-thru traffic on the 1st, 3rd, and 15th of each month, particularly if these days fall on a Thursday or Friday.
  • We cannot accept large quantities of coins at the drive-thru. Please call for an appointment.
  • Large box trucks that can’t use the drive-thru, please contact us by phone and we can help accommodate
    your transaction.
  • Our representatives are available by phone 7:30 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday and Saturday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
For your safety, no walk-up service is available at the drive-thru. If you do not have a vehicle, please contact us at 1.800.462.5000 to discuss available options.
